Welcome to The Faraway Traveller
 AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND

Some recommended holidays
Many of the world's great attractions lie Down Under.   There are unrivalled natural attractions like the Great Barrier Reef, the Australian Outback and the thermal reserves and glacial formations of New Zealand.   Today spectacular man-made attractions, such as the stunning Sydney Opera House, have added an exciting new dimension to the area.   Perhaps the greatest appeal is that Australia and New Zealand were isolated for millions of years, allowing a unique array of flora & fauna to evolve.   And the locals are friendly - both countries are proud of their heritage and anxious that visitors are favourably impressed
